ECE team establishes the minimum engineering deliverables and data content requirements for construction and startup on all EPCM projects. Variations in work scope, client requirements, unique local site conditions and data content requirements to be specified in individual Project Execution Plans (PEPs). However, each change should be carefully considered to help assess the impacts on Total Installed Cost (TIC), schedule and terms of the contract.
