Detail Design is the most crucial analytical stage to the success of any industrial project.

Plant Design
  • Piping Stress Analysis:

    • Advising on pipeline routing; Static load and stress calculations of above ground and underground piping systems; Effects of thermal expansion/contraction loads; Occasional loads such as steam blow Safety Valve's reaction force, seismic and wind loading, thrust force of expansion bellows; Local stress analysis at structural discontinuities

  • Pipe support design:

    • 3D modeling of supports, analyzing engineered pipe supports

  • Equipment & Pipe Layout Design: 

    • 3D Model of plant facilities; 3D Modeling of mechanical equipment and major plant commodities; 3D Modeling of piping, fittings, valves, special devices…etc.

  • Piping & Valves:

    • Material selection for piping and valves; Issue piping material classes; Prepare specifications and material requisitions for piping, valves, and other in-line components, i.e., expansion joints, traps, strainers...etc.; Prepare pipe fabrication and installation specifications; Prepare pipe insulation specification
